Poppy’s Pantry will only ship orders within the USA.  All orders are shipped via Fed Ex ground and prices are based on weight.  All orders are shipped from New Hampshire.

To cancel or return an order please e mail sales@poppyspantry.com.  Items may be returned to us for a refund or replacement.  Returns must be made within five business days of receipt and should be sent back to Poppy’s Pantry with shipping prepaid.  To receive a refund you must return to us “as new”, in the original packaging along with the original packing slip. Should your item arrive damaged we will ship a replacement or give credit. Do not discard the damaged item as it may be required for insurance purposes.

Please note:  Poppy’s Pantry will process orders placed anywhere in the world but will only ship to the USA or Canada. If shipped to Canada the customer is responsible for any custom fees.
